The Kick-off Ceremony cum Briefing Session was held On 4 November 2017.  Dr Roy Chung, Founder and Chairman of Bright Future Charitable Foundation was invited to give words of encouragement to the participating students.  On that day, students got to know their teammates and HKUST helpers better through the team building exercises, and started to form ideas about their own project after hearing different case sharing and visiting the HKUST facilities.
