To inspire students to have better planning for their future, Shape Our Future: WeCan! Project WeCan Career Exploration Day, the first joint-school life-planning programme of Project WeCan, was launched in 2015. With a host of activities ranging from pre-event career interest assessment, individual consultation, job tasters, star talks, mock interviews etc, the programme enhances students’ self-understanding of own strengths and interests. It also supports the schools in implementing sustainable life-planning projects by offering workshops to teachers and parents.

The programme was well designed. It is not easy to find a similar programme in such large scale. It allowed students to have a “taste” of different industries in one go and benefited the schools a lot.
