Enrichment Programme for Secondary School Principals with Business Leaders
Hosted by Modern Terminals and organised by Project WeCan, with support from The Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Quality School Improvement Project (QSIP), this cross‑sector exchange brought together eight school principals and business leaders over two insightful half days on 20 April and 8 May 2026. The first session covered talent strategy, corporate culture, branding and strategic leadership, while the second focused on crisis management through corporate case studies and real‑school scenarios shared by the principals themselves.
Participants gained practical takeaways on team governance, organisational culture, and crisis communication, all of which proved readily adaptable to school leadership. Business leaders, in turn, deepened their understanding of the educational landscape and its evolving needs. We extend our sincere gratitude to Modern Terminals for their generous hospitality and to all the speakers, Mr Horace Lo, Ms Elin Wong, Ms Fanny Lai and Ms Emily Cheung, for their candid and enriching sharing. The genuine dialogue and mutual learning were widely valued, and we hope that such exchanges will continue, nurturing stronger cross‑sector partnerships that benefit both education and business for the long term.
