On 7 July 2026, CBRE invited around 20 students from their partner school, Lingnan Secondary School, to visit their office at Pacific Place in Admiralty.  The session kicked off with an introduction by CBRE’s corporate volunteers, who shared an overview of the company, its business scope and its commitment to sustainability.  Students were particularly interested in how the office design reflected the company's values.  To further enrich the experience, the volunteers also shared their personal career journeys, offering students valuable insights into various professional pathways within the real estate industry.

Following the sharing session, students were taken on a guided tour of the office.  Unlike traditional cubicle-style workspaces, CBRE’s open-plan layout and dedicated staff well-being facilities left a strong impression.  Students were surprised by the modern environment and excited to see how companies prioritise employee wellness.  As most students are unfamiliar with the real estate sector, this visit not only deepened their understanding of the workplace but also offer them new insights into career planning.
