On 2 July 2026, Lane Crawford hosted a partnership programme for their partner school,  Lok Sin Tong Yu Kan Hing Secondary School.  12 students visited Lane Crawford’s office in Wong Chuk Hang, where they were impressed by the open-plan office and the range of amenities dedicated to employee wellbeing.  The visit helped students realise how a workplace culture focused on wellbeing fosters a strong sense of belonging among staff. 

Following the office tour, staff from the training department organised an interview workshop, covering CV writing skills as well as proper behaviours and techniques for job interviews.  The workshop challenged students to write their own CVs on the spot to participate in an interview hosted by Lane Crawford, competing for job tasting opportunities at their stores.  Although the students initially found it difficult to develop a CV from scratch, they gradually opened up and sought guidance.  Volunteers from Lane Crawford guided the students, answered their questions one by one, and then conducted interviews so that students could put their learning into practice.  The visit concluded with a tote bag making activity, allowing students to showcase their creativity.
