The Murray, Hong Kong organised a guided visit for students and teachers of its partner school, Caritas Wu Cheng-Chung College, on 26 June 2026.  During the visit, participants toured various departments, facilities and guest rooms to understand the daily operations of a 5-star hotel, gaining valuable insights into the hotel industry and the unique background of The Murray.

A major highlight was seeing the historic Cassia javanica var. indochinensis, a registered Old and Valuable Tree (OVT) preserved in the hotel's forecourt.  The students were also delighted to spot the wild popinjays (an old term for parrots) in the hotel vicinity.  These birds inspired the name of the hotel's rooftop restaurant, adding a touch of fun to the visit.
