Lark Group invited 30 S1-2 students from Caritas St. Joseph Secondary School to visit Trappist Dairy’s factory on 30 June 2025.  Students visited milk storage facilities and observed the packaging process.  The large milk transport system was particularly impressive.  Volunteers from Trappist Dairy shared the company’s history, structure, and product range, enlightening students on job roles and the intricacies of milk production. Apart from job opportunities in the dairy industry, the experience also provided students a glimpse of the production of local fresh milk and an understanding of milk classification through tastings.
