Following the Schools Leadership Forum held in October 2025, Project WeCan once again joined hands with The Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Quality School Improvement Project (QSIP) to organise a joint-school exchange session. The session took place on 7 January 2026 at Ng Yuk Secondary School, focusing on the three key areas of student development, classroom management and parent education. Through the sharing of practical experiences and dialogues, the session provided valuable insights to the participants.
During the exchange, representatives from the Chiu Chow Association Secondary School shared on utilising existing school platforms to promote classroom management, while representatives from the Hong Kong Teachers’ Association Lee Heng Kwei Secondary School explored the integration and practice of classroom management and parent education. Meanwhile, representatives from Ng Yuk Secondary School presented on the concepts and strategies for top-level planning in student development, sharing macro-level planning strategies and experiences. Throughout the session, the QSIP team facilitated interactive group discussions, helping participants draw from the shared experiences to identify future directions and feasible strategies for student development and parent education.
Nearly 100 school leaders, middle management personnel and teachers attended the sharing session, engaging in discussions on innovative approaches to advancing student development.
