The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) has been a staunch supporter for Project WeCan since 2015, currently partnering with 12 WeCan schools.  PolyU students, through taking the relevant credit-bearing subjects, conducted service-learning activities for their assigned secondary schools under the guidance of PolyU tutors or teaching staff.

On 17 April 2024, students from Bethel High School visited the PolyU campus.  They began their visit at the Confucius Institute of Hong Kong, where they attended a talk on the Silk Road and participated in an interactive game supported by PolyU service-learning students.  They also explored V Core, a learning building for design students, with a guided tour led by a PolyU service-learning student from the Design School.  This campus visit exposed students from Bethel High School to various aspects of PolyU, inspiring them to pursue higher education at universities.
