On 7 April 2025, Ms Winnie Tam, Head of People and Culture at KOS International Holdings Limited (a listed recruitment firm and WeCan Partner), led a tailored “Ask Me Anything about Resume & Interview ” workshop for WeCan Alumni.

Moving beyond generic online advice, Ms Tam shared practical strategies for crafting resumes that stand out to recruiters and navigate applicant tracking systems.  Drawing from her dual perspective as both a recruiter and former job seeker, she offered actionable insights on interview preparation (both in-person and virtual), such as managing stress and projecting a professional image and structuring appropriate response to interview questions.

Attendees found the workshop practical and inspiring, with many noting the immediately applicable advice to their career development.  We extend our heartfelt gratitude to KOS for its support, designing a workshop specially for WeCan Alumni to help with their job search.
