With the theme of “Innovation and Passion“, The 5th Young Innovators Bazaar aims to encourage students to use innovation, creativity and their passion when they are preparing to operate their own business in the upcoming Bazaar. This year, there are 46 schools participating in the Bazaar.

For the first time, Project WeCan partners with the Global Business programme (GBUS) of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in providing support for participating secondary schools.  Close to 70 GBUS students and 25 WeCan scholars have been recruited to form coaching teams to support secondary school students in preparing for the Bazaar.

A briefing session was held on 31 October 2016 to enhance the students’ business and entrepreneurship skills, including devising their business plan, product design, sales and promotion.  Professionals from LWK & Partners (HK) Limited, Standard Chartered, Midland Holdings Limited and Wharf supported as guest speakers and shared their practical experience and tips with students.

The Young Innovators Bazaar 2017 will be held from 10 to 12 February 2017 at Plaza Hollywood.  Do come and show your support!
