Students from Buddhist Ching Kok Secondary School went on site visits to selected buildings, including The Parkside, which is managed by Harriman Property Management Limited, the old buildings and shopping malls in Lai Chi Kok, Cheung Sha Wan and Sham Shui Po, to better understand the importance of property management and its impact on property maintenance and operation. Students worked in groups and conducted detailed analysis followed by presentation on buildings’ internal and external maintenance, facilities, hygiene and safety management. The programme was supported by Harriman Property Management Limited and the Quality School Improvement Project of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
