Hays Hong Kong’s six volunteers led a Job Hunting Workshop for 80 S5 students at CCC Tam Lee Lai Fun Memorial Secondary School on 23 March 2024.  The session commenced with insights on job market trends and the crucial soft skills that employers are seeking in potential candidates. Students were then divided into groups to engage in individual and group mock interviews.  Participating students reflected that the workshop helped them learn about job market trends and improve their interview skills.  This hands-on experience enhanced their confidence and readiness for future job interviews.
