To foster creativity and skills development among students, Nan Fung Group continued to organise two exciting projects for S.K.H. All Saints’ Middle School and The Society of Boys’ Centres Hui Chung Sing Memorial School in the 2023/24 school year.

Multimedia Producer Training Workshop with S.K.H. All Saints’ Middle School

Nan Fung Group orchestrated a multimedia producer training workshop for 99 S4 students at S.K.H. All Saints’ Middle School from September 2023 to March 2024.  This initiative aimed to equip students with research and interviewing skills while teaching them the art of creating compelling videos that narrate the stories of declining industries in Hong Kong.  Conducted inside and outside the classroom, the workshops allowed students to engage with various shop owners, capturing their unique narratives.  This unique experience is both enriching and practical, offering students skill sets applicable to their future careers.

Blooming Mechanical Flowers STEAM Education Programme for The Society of Boys’ Centres Hui Chung Sing Memorial School

Building on the success of last year’s mechanical flower STEAM programme, Nan Fung Group collaborated once again with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design to organise a series of STEAM workshops for students at The Society of Boys’ Centres Hui Chung Sing Memorial School.  This time, students created a new collection of mechanical flowers with the 3D printing technologies and programming knowledge they learnt, with the added generosity of recycled fabric donations from agnès b.
