Five rounds of Teachers’ Development Days were held between February and March 2025, with nearly 200 lectures and workshops provided during the events, promoting the professional development and exchange among WeCan school teachers.  Professional development and administrative matters were covered during morning talks, followed by afternoon sessions where guest speakers from various fields discussed wellness, lifestyle management, and relaxation techniques.

This year, representatives from WeCan Partners were invited to share insights on the talent demands of the future job market, dissecting the long-term talent qualities and skill requirements valued by the business sector.  Teachers found the sharing from WeCan Partners helpful in preparing students to meet the demands of the future workplace.  A big thank you to the representatives from CBRE, Citi, KOS International Holdings Limited, KPMG, and Wheelock Properties for sharing their insights with principals and teachers.
