Over 130 students from 10 WeCan schools took part in a Chinese creative writing programme organized by Quality School Improvement Project of The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 20 Feb to 28 May.  Taught by experienced published writers, the programme aims to arouse students’ creativity and interest in writing, and improve their language capability, through reading and writing, as well as experience sharing.  Upon completion of the programme, students’ interest and confidence in writing were both enhanced.  Their work has been compiled into an essay collection.
