A series of five Teachers’ Development Days were successfully held between February and March 2023.  Over 5,000 teachers and principals from 82 WeCan schools participated in 90 online workshops.  Morning sessions covered topics in self-directed learning, value education, situational leadership and optimizing teaching effectiveness.  Guest speakers from partners and different academic fields were also invited to give talks to share their insights from their industries and specialties at the afternoon sessions.

Thanks to Mr Ricky Wong, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Wheelock Properties Limited for sharing about the latest property market, Dr Chong of Wai Yuen Tong for sharing his knowledge in Chinese medicine, Ir. Tang Sing-sum, Mr Arvin Kwan and Mr Frank Lo from Hong Kong Electrical Contractors’ Association for the useful tips in electrical safety, Mr Jacky Lam, Associate Creative Director from I.T for his insights in stylish dressing and Mr Fan Hoi Ching for showing his beautiful works and tips in photography.  Teachers found the workshops informative and able to broaden their horizon.
