On 17 November 2023, Savills Hong Kong hosted a talk at Pui Ying Secondary School by ChatGPT Consultant Limited’s Co-founders, Mr Zachary Yu and Mr Sammy Shum.  They discussed the latest developments in artificial intelligence (AI), focusing on generative AI tools and practical applications.  The talk provided valuable insights to students, showcasing how AI advances content creation, problem-solving, and decision-making in a practical manner.  It sparked curiosity and encouraged students to explore AI’s impact on daily life and future careers.  The talk also emphasised the importance of staying informed about technological advancements in an AI-driven world.
